| 内容記述 | 就職後早期に退職する大学卒業生が近年増加している。朝日新聞(朝日新聞(2014))には「大卒3年以内の離職率、32.4％ 2年連続上昇」という記事が載っている。この理由は、大学生が持つ企業像と企業の求める学生像との問に隔たり）があるからではないかと考え、企業の求める学生像と大学が目指す写生像の比較を行った。 アンケートの結果、企業はコミュニケーション能力のある学生を求めているが 大学は専門知識のある学生を養成しようとしていることがわかった。大学での専門知識の習得は必要であるが、それ以上にコミュニケーション能力を持った学生を養成することが、大学の社会に対する責務だと考える。 |

| 内容記述 | The college graduate who retires at an after-employment early stage is increasing in recent years. It thought that this was because distance is between the company image which a college student has, and the student image for which a company asks, and compared the student image for which a company asks with the student image which a university aims at. Although the company was asking for the student with communications skills, it turned out that the university is going to train the student with technical knowledge. Although technical knowledge is required, I think that it is the duty to the society of a university to train the student who had communications skills more than it. |
