| 内容記述 | The ultra-high age society is coming and the correspondence of the dementia elderly to the increase is hurried up. The guideline of living environment plan and architectural planning, which reflect behavioral characteristics of the dementia elderly, has been required. Then, we arranged the knowledge of living environment or architectural planning from the published research on the dementia elderly, in order to clarify the problem on the planning of group home for dementia elderly. And, we examined it on the basis of the description of problem in the group home of book or magazine that problem and request are reported by well-informed person or care staff. (1) In the published research, it has been indicated that various elements of the living environment affect the dementia elderly. Especially, though the life in the small-scale space gives the beneficial effect in action and body situation, knowledge on floor planning is not found. (2) The opinions by care staff on the architectural planning for the dementia elderly is mainly viewed, and there are some contrary indications in those opinions. Contrary indication is often the spatial composition and layout of common space, and not opposite opinion often concerns the plan and specification of various rooms. (3) It was possible to clarify the current of the opinion on architectural planning by the care staff for the dementia elderly, by classifying the floor plan of group homes into three basic types and examining those opened years. | |||||
