| 内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to grasp the knowledge of planning with the living environment of a nursing home. So, we investigated the actual condition of daily life of the elderly and the before and present ADL (Activities of Daily Living) of the elderly in 3 nursing homes which had various operation programs in Hiroshima Prefecture. And we analysed the variation of the elderly's ADL to make a clear primary factors and lowering of ADL that was compared with the admission in nursing homes. (1) The elderly's age group in admission has two peaks, in case of female, which are 65～74 years old and 80～84 years old. And, there were a lot of the elderly not only who were in bad health, but also who could support themselves as to ADL. (2) In comparison with admission, the elderly lowering of ADL occupies a quarter of all in 2 nursing homes, and the moving activity in ADL is so correlative others activities. Therefore the status quo of moving activity in ADL is most important in nursing homes. (3) The activities of ADL are getting worth and worth by hospitalization, paralysis and dementia and over cared. So, rehabilitation care is efficient method of the status quo of ADL. The participation in events and club activities is raised by the device of operation. But, negative operation to action program is conductive to the elderly's self-assertion. | |||||
