| 内容記述 | In this study, relationship between assertiveness and interpersonal stress of university students wasinveseigated, in order to explore the way to reduce their stress. Pareiciants were 56 university men and 53women. Interpersonal stress was measured by a questionnaire, and assertiveness was measured by bothquestionnaire and the projective test(P-F study). As a result of correlation analysis, negative correlation weresignificant (1) between "persuasive and negotiation" factor and "personal dislocation" factor ,and (2)"persuasive and negotiation" factor and "personal conflict" factor with men. It was suggested that skills ofpersuading and negotiating were effective to reduce stress of "personal conflict" and "personal wear-out". Next,the relationship between the personal stress and assertiveness measured by the P-F study was examined. Theresult that woman who strongly showed "ego defense" reaction felt much more personal stress than mansuggested that there would be a gender difference in interpersonal relationship strategy. | |||||
