| 内容記述 | This article summarizes the current status of childrearing support and proposes new direction of it Up to now, the government measure of childrearing supports has strengthened the improvement of childrearing environment. However, psychological support to pregnant woman is very important task for childrearing support because psychological stress during pregnancy affect on fetal development Furthermore, psychological support under the pregnancy has the possibility of preventing postpartum depression. Although mainly trained midwives and public health nurse support pregnant woman in local prinatal support system, psychologist should be actively involved because psychotherapy is effective to psychological stress during prinatal period. | |||||
