| 内容記述 | The previous studies on psychological intervention for patients with brain injury were overviewed to provide possibilities of their clinical use. Current psychological interventions in rehabilitation include supports for cognitive disorder, psychological disorder, and family problem. This paper focused on interventions for cognitive disorder and psychological disorder. For cognitive rehabilitation, the effect of computerized rehabilitation program was introduced. The rehabilitation for patients with brain injury takes long tract of years. The use of computer in cognitive rehabilitation may reduce burden for patients and their family. For intervention on psychological disorder, group intervention was introduced. Although the literature available suggests that psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy may improve outcomes following brain injury, there are few reports on group interventions. It is important accumulate clinical evidence on group intervention for psychological disorder on patients with brain injury. Clinical psychologist need to play integral role in improving functional, psychosocial, and health outcomes in chronic patients with brain injury. | |||||
