| 内容記述 | 軽度発達障がいおよびその疑いのある児の保育に関わって,保育現場でどのような実態と支援ニーズがあるか,およびそうした現状への支援を行う際のポイントと課題について検討した。子どもの発達の問題について悩んだり困難を感じる保育者は多く,またその主要な相談や支援要請先は主に園長や保育主任など園内の同業者であった。園外専門機関につなぎにくい背景としては,その判断がつきにくいことや保護者との関係作りの問題があることが示唆されている。こうした実態を受けてよりよい支援のための今後の課題として,保育現場の実態をふまえた支援や連携のし方の工夫が求められる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify what kindergarten teacher and nursery school teachers concern about child care with mild developmental disabilities and what kind of support are needed. The kindergarten teachers and nursery school teachers recognize their lack of knowledge about the care for children with mild developmental disabilities. And they are wondering when and how they should consult with external specialist because of lack of confidence and consideration for parents. Support for early childhood care and education needed for kindergarten teacher and nursery school teachers who attend children with mild developmental disabilities are discussed. | |||||
