| 内容記述 | 認知リハビリテーションには,認知機能回復訓練および代償手段の獲得だけでなく,障害認識の向上や社会的行動障害および心理症状へのアプローチが含まれる。本稿では,認知リハビリテーションの現状について,ここ20年ほどの間に定着してきた認知機能回復訓練の手法を概観するとともに,コンピュータの導入や集団訓練などの近年の新しい試みを紹介し,これからの課題について考える。また,認知リハビリテーションに携わる心理士についても,業務の実態を通して今後の課題を検討する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Cognitive rehabilitation includes not only the cognitive retraining and the acquisitions of compensation but also the improvement of self-awareness, social behavior and psychological disorder after brain injury. This paper summarizes several common methods of cognitive retraining, and present an outline of new methods such as the group exercise and the use of computer. Moreover, the role of clinical psychologist is reconsidered through the current status of their performance of work. The issues of cognitive rehabilitation are discussed in terms of the methods and the role of clinical psychologist. | |||||
