| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,子どものジェンダー化を推進する主要な担い手(エイジェント)として保育と幼児教育に焦点を当て,子どもをとりまく物的環境と人的環境に潜んでいる隠れたカリキュラムを明らかにすること,そして,保育者に対するフィードバックを通して,隠れたカリキュラムに対する意識化を促すとともに,それに対する態度を把握することであった。その結果,以下のことが見出された。物的環境として,衣服や持ち物,表示物における男女の色分け,人的環境として,保育者の働きかけや園児同士の相互作用における男女差が認められた。園関係者からは,性別を教える必要性,性差を把握する必要性も指摘されたが,単に習慣から行われている不必要な区別と言えるものもあった。次に,創作活動や遊びにおいて男女の興味関心にいくらかの差異が見られたが,保育者はそれを自然の姿として認める傾向があった。男性保育者の参入が進んでいる園でも,男性保育者の仕事・保育内容は女性保育者と異なり,乳児の世話は困難だと思われていた。このような結果をふまえ,黙示的な隠れたカリキュラムを是正するためのプログラムが必要であることが論じられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to research the hidden curriculum imbedded in the physical and human surroundings of nursing schools and kindergartens, and to clarify the childcare workers' consciousness about them. The result was as follows: 1) There were some gender differences in the colors and illustrations on clothes, material possessions, and name labels. 2) More importantly, there were some gender differences in the ways workers treated children and children interacted with each other, and some segregation by sex in the meetings. 3) Furthermore, there were gender differences in children's interests toward some activities and playing. 4) The childcare workers viewed these gender differences as rather rational or necessary. 5) Even if male childcare workers were employed, childcare of newborn babies was restricted to female workers. Therefore, it is held that we need more effective gender-free programs which could redress these implicit hidden curricula. | |||||
