University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"医療上の補助飲料としてβ-ヒドロキシ-β-メチル酪酸、アルギニン及びグルタミン配合飲料の摂取が褥瘡やサルコペニア等の改善に頻用され、有用性が高いとされている。しかし本飲料の有用性に対する脂質代謝に関する解析が不詳であるところから、本研究では本飲料のリポタンパク質代謝に対する効果、特にその代謝を律速するリポタンパク質リパーゼ(LPL)の挙動に着目して検討した。本飲料を36日間、強制経口投与したマウス群の体重や摂食量は、対照と比べほとんど差異は認められなかった。しかし本飲料の投与によって、LPLの生合成に大きく担う脂肪組織中の本酵素活性の顕著な減少が認められ、また本酵素の産生に寄与する重要な異なる臓器である筋組織中においても、本酵素活性の低下傾向が認められた。一方、本飲料投与群の血清中のLPL活性は著しく上昇し、トリアシルグリセロール(TG)値は顕著に低下した。すなわち、LPLはその産生臓器の細胞内から細胞外へ運搬され、さらに血管内へと移行する分泌型酵素であるところから、本飲料の摂取によって脂肪組織や筋肉などで産生された本酵素が血管内へと分泌が増加し、そのため血液中のカイロミクロンなどのリポタンパク質中のTGの加水分解が促進し、これが血清TG値の低下に繋がったと考えられる。すなわち、本飲料の摂取は脂質異常症、中でも高TG血症の改善に十分寄与することが示された。また、本飲料によるLPLの活性上昇が褥瘡やサルコペニア等に対する有用性の発現の一因となる可能性も考えられた。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"福山大学薬学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10064550","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0288724X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"大久保,
