On the other hand, as for the restrictions on using and opening to the public of works created by children in the fields of
education and nursing, there are no clear provisions in the copyright act.
However, it is obvious that even children who have created works should enjoy their copyrights and their rights should be treated as strictly as those of adults.
In this article, what kind of problems can be brought about in the present state described above is dealt with and also the situations surrounding works created by children in the fields of education and nursing are speculated upon.},
