University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"肝性リパーゼ(HTGL)は、カイロミクロンレムナントなどを加水分解する脂質代謝酵素である。本研究では、本酵素の初代培養肝細胞からの分泌に対する低分子量ヘパリンの効果について検討した。肝細胞と4種の異なる分子量のヘパリンとを保温すると、低分子量の5.4kDaヘパリンによって、より強い本酵素活性の分泌促進作用を示した。この5.4kDaヘパリンの作用は、カルモジュリンおよびカルモジュリン依存性プロテインキナーゼII型(CaMK-II)の各阻害剤共存下、減少した。5.4kDaヘパリンと保温した肝細胞中のCaMK-II活性は、保温時間の経過およびその濃度の増加に伴い上昇した。これらの結果からHTGLは低分子量のヘパリンによっても分泌の促進が認められ、これには肝細胞内のCaMK-IIの活性化が重要な役割を担っていることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10064550","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0288-724X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"森田,
