The chemisorption technique was used to binding PBA dye on the surface of the aluminum tested plate. The porous absorptive layer was formed by the anodic oxidation treatment on the surface of the tested plate to improve the time responsibility of the fluorescence. The tested plate was installed in the sealed box in which the oxygen concentration was regulated by replacing argon gas or nitrogen gas as the dilution gas, and then the fluorescent intensity of PBA dye was measured by the CCD color camera and the image processing.
