| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to make clear the problem of the unit care introduction in 110 traditional-type nursing homes for the elderly. We arranged the 110 reports of practice cases by the care staff, and examined the relation between the facilities environment before the introduction and software or hardware improvement of the introduction. (1) The buildings of the case 70% are 2nd floor or less, the floor plan of the circulative corridor type and non-type are the same number after 1980. (2) 41 cases have been introduced unit care without the conversion, the building over the 4th floor place a point to introduce unit care. (3) Most of cases properly try soft improvement or hard improvement of the care environment, while management and consciousness formation of the unit care are promoted. (4) Trying to management before unit care introduction, it is easy to support the needs of hard. | |||||
