| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to grasp the change of the utilization structure such as region composition of the user, exhibition content and working rate of various rooms for 4 years after the opening in the Hiroshima prefectural Fukuyama Convention Hole. (1) Though it is to know the Fukuyama Convention Hole, the user has been stabilized. But the reuse rate of the user lowers. Especially, reuse rate of user of the Fukuyama City, which occupies the most part of the user, is low. The difference between the highest value and the lowest value of monthly working rate in 2003 becomes remarkable in comparison with the working rate by the preceding year, and the change has been generated in the utilization structure. (2) The user number of the Fukuyama City increases to occupy the hall, and the user number of Bingo district except for the Fukuyama City and Eastern Japan gradually decrease. The economic stagnation of manufacturing industry of the Bingo District affects the number of the user. For the offset, the entertainment mainly on the sale increases further than the product exhibition is problem, when the original role is considered. (3) By various rooms working rate of a month or a year and the working condition of big hole A～C, it was possible to make clear the utilization characteristics and the problem of various rooms. The training room with the facility of simultaneous interpretation hardly is used for the international conference, and the monthly working rate of it does not exceed either 40%. In the other, the working rate of the big conference room is higher than that of the training room and is lower than that of small one. Then, the defect in the floor layout of these rooms was indicated in the hole, which can use the indoor by dividing. | |||||
