The microcapsules simulate red cells of human, and they are used for the hemolysis test of the blood pump under development by one of the present authors. By the interfacial polymerization method, the chemical reaction between the hydrophilic monomer and the lipophilic monomer, nylon 66 capsules are formed. The differences of the capsule size distribution based on the change of production parameters were made clear.
