| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference between consciousness of care and spacial structure of floor plan or room recognized by care staffs in nursing home for the elderly of the unit-type and the old-type. First of all, we chose 8 interviewees of the hearing from the staff of 2 unit-type's nursing homes and 2 old-type's nursing homes, and had hearing-researched by the individual interview according to the research-items. Then, we arranged the recognition of spatial structure and the consciousness of care in the care staffs from the present situation and problem of them, and tried to examine the future architectural problem in nursing home of the unit-type. (1) The care staffs of unit-type's nursing home notice to the more minute point than them of old-type's nursing home, but there are persons who have sensed the gap for the actual unit care from the sense of expectation for unit care. (2) It contains some problems of management for unit care on the defect of care unitization, and it contains problems of unit care and arrangement of various rooms on the defect of private room. (3) The care staff who changed from other nursing home is higher the consciousness for the dwelling environment than the care staff who was given for the first time in the job of the nursing home. | |||||
