| 内容記述 | The consideration to the consumer on environmental problem, garbage problem and being good for the health, became also necessary on the supermarket, which largely stocks goods and quickly sells goods at the cheap price. The purpose of this study is to clarify the ecology consciousness and image as a supermarket of 71 stores that are located in the Fukuyama district. Then, we carried out questionnaire survey on the ecology consciousness of the supermarket to manager of a shop and store investigation by the investigator from the viewpoint of the system of business and service which considered environmental problem and consumer, assortment of goods and selling method, contribution to the local community. In the analysis, 71 stores were divided into 4 types by the location in headquarters, the location and the number of the store. (1) Using 4 types of store, the image of the supermarket, which has been located in the Fukuyama district, and the difference between the challenges of the supermarket to environmental problem, were clarified. (2) The business and service which reflect the correspondence to the environmental problem and the request of the consumer have been required the supermarket, when ecology goods corner and installation of the recycling box, installation of the toilet for the wheelchair and so on are observed. (3) The ecology consciousness of the supermarket concretely indicated survey item by 4 types of the store with the difference and survey item with the common phenomenon. | |||||
