In order to develop a portable quick scanning laser absorption spectrometry (LAS) system, I employed the laser and tuned its wavelength by a periodic current wave composed of serial saw-shapes. One scanning of absorption lines takes the constructed system 5ms. A feasibility test for the spectrometry has monitored water vapor in the atmosphere indoors. An H_2O absorption spectrum was obtained with a 60-m round trip optical path. The absolute absorption of the spectrum almost agreed with its theoretical value.}, pages = {1--6}, title = {1.3μm帯分布帰還型レーザを光源とした高速波数掃引方式LASシステムによる水蒸気の吸収スペクトル測定}, volume = {22}, year = {1998} }
