In this paper, the computational accuracy of surface charge method, which is an indirect method of boundary method, is investigated. The computational accuracy of electric field is determined by the following three kinds of accuracy: the approximation accuracy of boundary surfaces, the approximation accuracy of unknown variables on boundary elements and the integration accuracy of coefficient matrix of simultaneous equations.
