| 内容記述 | In recent days a lot of universities have been newly established in a local city in Japan. And a lot of lodging houses have been constructed around the universities. So I gathered information by the questionnaire method on 266 students living in rooming houses around Fukuyama University established in 1975 in a local city. And, I analyzed the results of the questionnaire concerning to monthly allowance, part-time work, reason for selecting their rooming houses and reason for moving to another rooming houses. The conclusions are as follows; (1) Lodging students are given various monthly allowance. The sum of monthly allowance is almost influenced by their house rent. Not all students with the low sum of monthly allowance do part-time work. Most of low-year students do part-time work to save money or to earn extra income for recreational purposes. Most of high-year students work to help pay living expenses and maintenannce for car expenses. (2) Students think more of privacy, the size and interior planning of the room and the appurtenance for their personal use than the convenient location of shopping. (3) Except for the advantage of low rent for the room, all of students in the common type of rooming houses will move the independent type of rooming houses because of the disturbance of their privacy. (4) The independent type of room with 6-over-tatami and a. neat little room and house can satisfy the students. | |||||
