| 内容記述 | Two terminal conductance for an n-GaAs submicron diodes with current injecting cathode are theoretically analyzed using simplified diode model. It is found from the results that ballistic diodes with current injecting cathode shows negative resistance at a fairly high frequency range. It is also demonstrated that the injection characteristics at cathode affect significaltly on negative conductancefrequency characteristics. | |||||
