| 内容記述 | I investigated the type of a plot plan and an entrance of each independent house at the residential district from a viewpoint of the compass direction of a slope and a front road. Samples are typical of the residential district with east, west, south and north slope in Fukuyama city. The conclusions are follows; (1) How to approach to the entrance of building site from the road is restricted in south-north block, but it is not restricted in the east-west block. (2) Most of independent houses are built on the north of the building site and have a garden on the south of the site. Therefore the plot plan in the east-west block is not under the influence of the compass direction of a front road. (3) In the case of small building site in the south-north block, houses are built on the opposite side of the road and have a garden or a carport in front of the road. (4) In the case of bad conditions of the compass direction of a slope and a front road, I observed various plot plans according to adjoining building site. | |||||
