| 内容記述 | Electrostatic manipulation of biological cells using dielectrophoresis has been developed. For the purposes of characterization, separation or cell fusion. In this study the velocity of plant protoplast is measured using an electrode which provides for a constancy in the dielectrophoresis force. The frequency dependence of effective dielectric constants is calculated from velocity measurement in a range of 100kHz to 50MHz. Plant protoplasts used in these experiment are Daucas carota. The spectra of effective dielectric constants of protoplasts which are washed and suspended in sucrose solution and/or mannitol solution, are obtained. The spectra of protoplasts which are washed or suspended in sucrose solution, has two peaks. The maximum values of these peaks are nearly same. But these spectra are different from the spectra that are washed and suspended in mannitol solution. | |||||
