| 内容記述 | In preceding paper, we focused our attention on the two factors, that is, (1) material properties and (2) temperature which influence upon brittle fracture. In this paper, we investigate the constraint intensity of plastic deformation which seems to have great influence upon the brittle fracture of actual steel structures. Therefore the authors examine the fracture toughness of welded beam-to-column connections of heavy steel section, the thickness of flange plate is 38mm, by means of COD Testing. The dimensions of specimen (B/W=1/1) is larger than the former specimen (B/W=1/2). | |||||
