| 内容記述 | In the Ohtsu City Office, we have the following two ways of thinking for the data processing for its resident citizens: (1) The data processing service of the city proper office administration. (2) The City office's service for the resident citizens and the life environmental data service regarding safety (munincipal safety, individual security), health and welfare, and education. As one of the solution to item (2), we have built up the audience-participation program system (APP system) among the resident citizens, the city office and the public facilities. In this treatise, we sought the economic effect upon the basis of an introduction cost pf the APP system in Ohtsu City, the system program and the other issues. | |||||
