| 内容記述 | In order, to simplify the operation for showing a cross section of an object, a new apparatus for drawing cross sectional form of an object from contour moire fringes is devised. In this apparatus, electrical circuits having pulse circuits and hold circuits as main components are used. And automatic changing of up and down in process of drawing cross section of object is devised. The curves of cross section of. roof type object and cylindrical object obtained by this apparatus became similarly cross sectional form of these object with an accuracy of about 1.5%. It became clear that performances of the apparatus are excellent. The relations between depth from the plane of grating obtained by the apparatus and a depth interval Δh of contour moire fringes is described. | |||||
