SY-4で栄養強化したシオミズツボワムシのマダイ仔魚に対する餌料価値を検討した。試験区は,SY-4で培養を行ったワムシ給餌区(S-R),SY-4とナンノクロロプシスで併用培養を行ったワムシ給餌区(SN-R),およびナンノクロロプシスで培養を行ったワムシ給餌区(N-R)の3区を設けた。その結果,SY-4とナンノクロロプシスで併用培養を行ったワムシを給餌したSN-R区で,最も大きい成長が認められた。生残率は,N-R区(97.0%)に比べてやや低いものの94.8%(日齢25)であった。SY-4で培養を行ったワムシを給餌したS-R区は,生残率,成長ともに他区に比べてやや劣ったものの,ナンノクロロプシスとの併用培養を行うことで高い餌料価値が認められた。, Larva rearing of the red sea bream, Pagrus major, was conducted in order to evaluate the food value of the rotifer, Brachionus plicatilis, enriched with a blue-green alga, Synechocystis sp. SY-4. The dietary value of rotifers enriched with SY-4 (S-R) or SY-4 and Nannochloropsis oculata (SN-R) was compared with that of rotifers enriched with Nannochloropsis oculata (N-R) by feeding these rotifers to larval red sea bream for 20 days. The rotifers enriched with these microalgae after culture with Tetraselmis tetrathele was given to the larvae. The growth of larvae fed SN-R was better than others(SN-R 7.5 mm vs. S-R 6.8 mm and N-R 7.3 mm in average T.L.), although the survival rate of the larvae fed N-R was better than others (N-R 97.0 % vs. S-R 94.2 % and SN-R 94.8 %). Perhaps the content of ω3 HUFA in S-R was not enough for larval red sea bream.
