SY-4,未同定株SM-5の水溶性画分およびSM-5のメタノール抽出画分に比較的強い抗菌力が認められた。特にN.oculataおよびSM-5のメタノール抽出画分には蛍光灯照射によりグラム陽性および陰性細菌に対して強い抗菌力が誘導された。抗菌力を示した藻類試料および3種の植物成分のムラサキイガイ忌避活性試験を行ったところ,Synechocystis sp. SY-4の水溶性画分,SM-5のメタノール抽出画分およびα-タチニエル,オイゲノールのペルオキシダーゼ処理物に忌避活性が認められた。活性はそれほど強くないがこれらは混合試料であるため,分画・精製して活性の高い化合物を単離することが期待できる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Cell extracts from 7 microalgae were tested for antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and yeasts. Those from Chaetoceros gracilis, Nannochloropsis oculata, Synechosystis sp. SY-4 and unidentified strain SM-5 showed significantly antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. When the assay was carried out under fluorescent light illumination, high antimicrobial activity was induced in methanol-extracted fractions from N. oculata and strain SM-5. Cell extracts from microalgae and compounds from plants were also tested attaching repellent activity in the blue mussel assay.
