| 内容記述 | ハラスメントをめぐる対応については,一般企業のみならず,大学などのアカデミックな研究教育活動の現場においても,その重要性の認識が高まり,具体的な整備が求められてきている。本稿では,全国の大学におけるキャンパス・ハラスメントの問題への対処について概観する。ハラスメントの種類,相談対応の特徴,対応組織といった観点から現状と今後の展望について触れる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In our society, recognizing the importance of dealing with the problem of harassmentimmediately and efficiently is gradually increasing. Moreover, this awareness is not onlyimportant for general enterprises but also for education and research institutionsincluding universities. The purpose of this paper is to review the systems which wereestablished to counter problems of campus harassment in universities across the country.In this paper, the authors mentioned the current state and outlook of the system, makingreference to the types of harassment, features of the consultation and the committees. | |||||
