The relationships between evening dining patterns and the following were examined by a questionnaire survey: communication・skills, stress, and loneliness. The results indicated no difference between students living in dormitories and those living alone in their past and present evening dining patterns. However, the values of the following psychological variables were significantly higher in students who lived alone than those in dormitories: stress response, bad mood, and anger. Psychological variables were also compared between a group that presently eats dinner with friends 3.5 days or less per week and a group that does so at least 4 days per week. The group that eats with friends more frequently had better communication・skills and tended to feel less stressed and lonely. These results showed that eating with friends more frequently was associated with better communication・skills, lower stress response, and less sense of loneliness.}, pages = {87--96}, title = {女子大学生の過去および現在の夕食形態とコミュニケーション・スキル,ストレス,孤独感との関連性}, volume = {10}, year = {2010} }
