By organizing and categorizing the cases, we hope to change teacher's way of thinking toward classes utilizing ICT. We discovered that the purpose for utilizing ICT could be categorized into the following three. (A) Teacher's teaching tool, (B) Improvement of quality and efficiency of learner's learning, (C) Improvement of learner's information utilization ability. These three categorize relate with each other and cannot be separated.
