| 内容記述 | This study integrates a modified Delphi process with the Kano model to examine how job-description attributes on Taiwan’s digital job portals shape jobseeker satisfaction in nonlinear ways. Findings show that structural information such as salary transparency and job content clarity is decisive, while attributes like career development, promotion speed, and mental-health support enhance organizational attractiveness. The resulting taxonomy–priority matrix provides practical guidance for improving vacancy design. By aligning job information with jobseekers’ expectations, the study also contributes to policy objectives of decent work, well-being, and equality, resonating with the Sustainable Development Goals. | |||||||
