          <dc:description>The electro-magnetic field surface wave transmissions over the human bodies are expecting to use the short range wireless communication channels. This experiments are designed to confirm the existence of the surface waves between the dielectric (Acrylics materials) with the water. This structure is similar in electro-magnetic characteristics with the man who wore tight closes. At first we classified the modes on the microstrip lines which is dipped in water and found out the effective dielectric constant as about 2.5. The measurements of the cylindrical structure model found out the surface wave propagation band from 10MHz to 50MHz.</dc:description>
