          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">Electric field analysis is performed by using various types of boundary element methods. In this paper, the computational accuracy of surface charge method, which is an indirect method of boundary method, is investigated. The computational accuracy of electric field is determined by the following three kinds of accuracy: the approximation accuracy of boundary surfaces, the approximation accuracy of unknown variables on boundary elements and the integration accuracy of coefficient matrix of simultaneous equations. Here, it is described how the accuracy of electric field calculated by the surface charge method is determined by the three kinds of accuracy.</datacite:description>
