心の支援のために知っておきたい法律・制度1 : 高次脳機能障害を中心に Clinical Psychology and the Law 1 : for supporting your patients with higher brain dysfunction 橋本, 優花里 橋本, 繁毅 澤田, 梢 高次脳機能障害 法律 福祉 支援 Higher brain dysfunction law welfare survive clinical support P(論文) 高次脳機能障害がクローズアップされ、実態が明らかになるにつれて、その障害を持つ人々は必要な福祉支援を受けることができていないことがわかってきた。しかし、平成13年度から高次脳機能障害支援モデル事業が始まったことにより、高次脳機能障害者が幅広く医療や福祉制度を利用できる可能性が高まった。本稿は、高次脳機能障害への心理臨床的支援に取り組む際に出会う制度とその根拠となる法律の実際をまとめ、患者に提供できる支援の手がかりとすることを目的とする。 Higher brain dysfunction has drawn public attention recently. However, many of patients with higher brain dysfunction still cannot take appropriate social welfare program because there is little social understanding of the problem. The national support project of higher brain dysfunction has been started in 2001 and revealed more precise data for higher brain dysfunction. They emphasize the need for improvement of social welfare service program.
