海産ツボワムシ類Brachionusの分類とその手法 Classification and its methodology of euryhaline rotifer Brachionus 小谷, 知也 海産ツボワムシ類 Brachionus 分類 形態的特徴 遺伝的変異 生殖隔離 euryhaline rotifer Brachionus classification morphometry genetic divergence reproductive isolation P(論文) 海産ツボワムシ類は海産魚介類種苗生産では初期餌料として利用されている産業上重要な動物プランクトンである。海産ツボワムシ類の分類については、長い間論争が続けられており、未だに解決していない。かつては1種に分類されていたが、形態、増殖特性、遺伝的変異、生殖隔離状況から2種に分類された。しかし、いくつかの変異株が発見されるようになり、また、遺伝的変異解析から3種以上のタイプが存在するとの報告もある。一方で、遺伝的変異や形態的変異があると判断された場合でも、他の増殖特性や生殖隔離状況などが詳細に分析されているわけではない。本稿では、ワムシ分類の経緯と行われてきた分類の方法について検討を行い、将来ワムシ分類が向かうべき方向性について考察する。 Euryhaline rotifer Brachionus is the zooplankton used as the first feed for marine larval fishes and therefore it is important for aquaculture industries. The taxonomy of euryhaline rotifer have been argued for long time and not decided yet. They were classified into one species, then were divided into two species because of divergence of morphologic, reproductive and genetic character. After that, some different type of rotifer were found and more than three species of rotifer were reported based on the results of analysis of genetic divergence. Each factor on the classification of euryhaline rotifer have been investigated separately by plural authors, every factor have not been taken into consideration yet. Therefore taxonomic problems on euryhaline rotifer were still unsolved.
