In the present study, we will show the effects of internship.
This research centers around independent internship program called "Bingo Open internship" at Fukuyama University, Which was done with the cooperation of companies and the government in Bingo area.
This study focuses around students who participated in the internship, using pre-participation and postparticipation analysis of diagnostic results from "The Basic Skills Measurement of Productive Members of Society" compares the degree of growth of the students.
The results show students capacity was improved in all areas of basic social skills through internship participation.
In particular, "initiative" and "creativity" were improved.
